Accidently found the perfect alternative today. I'm type 2 diabetic and was in boots, came across their diabetic range. As I'm partial to a bit of chocolate I thought I'd give it ago. Any way had a nibble on the way home the bit more after lunch. Then a bit more watching rugby this afternoon oops! 100g bar gone. Looked at wrapper as I was throwing away noticed in small print - warning excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

No kidding within an hour I daren't leave the house and enough gas to power half of england lol!
