I wont be available from 12 noon on the 24th till the 27th, also the 31st till the 2nd

The only way to find out is start phoning round on the 24/12/2013 about 8pm and that will give you the answer, I have worked on New years eve and its by far the best time of year to drive, I will work if required but rarely do, I have done lots of work for Sameday Uk in the good old days.

Celebrated the last 3 New Years eves doing emergency deliveries driving to Scotland! It sure is the best time to drive on empty motorways.

Basic rate is understandable if they are a regular customer, but a one off wanting a b#tt pl#g taking from Wigan to Plymouth would be considerably more than normal rate.

The answer is lots, people allready saying they are having a few days off or are closed for a a few weeks nothing wrong with that, BUT they advertise on there website they provide a a 24/7 or 24/7/365 make what you want of that.

We are 24/7 for my customers but they all close at xmas apart from one but all the collections we do for them have all closed for xmas happy days :-),

All xmas wrapping done, time for bed and off to legoland tomorrow looks like its going to be nice and wet, good job the yhave a nice swimming pool and a good BAR :-)

We are 24/7 and my phone will be switched on, majority of our customers are all closing on xmas eve until 2nd jan so hoping for at least a week off. No big hardship if we dont as work is work, weve still got drivers willing to work over the xmas period as its just another day to some of them.

I am trying to focus on certain things to keep my mind occupied as its January and we all know that these next few months can be quiet, we've raised nearly a grand for two charities through our wedding and wake/social media, but plan more like sponsored face shave, as I have a full length Bikers Goatee and will only remove it for charity..
