The Unallocated Jobs page has been designed to make it easy for busy controllers to get their work covered with minimum fuss.

Each job that you have booked on MTvan.com will appear here until it has been allocated to a Courier. Each line in the table represents one job.

Using the Unallocated Jobs page:

• The unique job reference number is shown on the left hand side. You can click the number for more details and to ammend the booking.
• From left to right you can see your reference number, the estimated mileage, the number of legs, the suggested vehicle type, collection and delivery address with the date and time, and the customer name.
• On the right hand side there are two input boxes for allocation. You enter the callsign of the chosen courier, and optionally a pay amount (although this can be added later) to allocate a job.
• If you have received offers on a job and choose to agree to one, you can click on the tick in the 'Offers?' column, and click on the offer of your choice.

Colour Coding:

• To make it easier to quickly check which of your jobs will require allocation soon, we have colour coded each job depending on time until the pickup. There is a Key (accessed next to the help button) for detailed information, but generally jobs move from green ⇒ yellow ⇒ orange as the pickup time gets closer, and finally turn red once the pickup is past.
