If you have a smartphone, with a stylus, then you can use mtvan to capture realtime signatures for your courier POD’s.
Just go to www.mtvan.com on your cellphone, and you will be directed to the mobile site.
The signature area shows on the bookings allocated to you displayed on the mobile version of mtvan. So to try it, just allocate a job to yourself, and go and look for it on “Your work” on the mobile site. Then click on the job, and it will open a page with a signature area.
As soon as you send the signature, it will be visible on the job details, along with name, date and time of delivery.
You can use this to send realtime PODs (Proof of Delivery) to other users who give you work, or for your end-user customers if you have some.
There’s no limit to how many you can send, and for upgraded users there’s no extra charge for using the POD system on mtvan.
